PETER BALLE, DDS

Dr. Peter S. Balle is a graduate of San Diego State University and Case Western Reserve University, holding an undergraduate degree in biology and a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Peter Balle established Balle and Associates Cosmetic and General Dentistry of Las Vegas in 1991. He has advanced training in dental reconstruction for dentures, crowns, bridges, veneers and dental implants.

Dr. Balle both surgically places and restores dental implants in one location. He holds active dental licenses in Arizona and Nevada. Dr. Balle has earned a fellowship award in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Balle is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Dental Association®, past president of the Southern Nevada Dental Society (SNDS) and past president of the Nevada Dental Association. He is a board member of the Southern Nevada Division of the American College of Dentists. Dr. Balle has served on the peer review committee of SNDS. He has achieved mentor recognition at the world renowned Kois Center for Advanced Dental Education in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Balle has been assistant professor at UNLV School of Dental Medicine since its inception in 2002 and has taught at the UNLV General Practice Residency. He has actively trained dental students and dental residents. Dr. Balle has nationally taught dentists seeking to advance their education in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry.

He has been married to his wife, Jill, since 1985 and has four daughters, Abigail, Bethany, Isabella and Lydia. Dr. Balle has a passion for dentistry. He also enjoys spending time with his family working out, boating, traveling, bicycling and fishing.

KHOA NGUYEN, DMD

Dr. Nguyen’s passion is to change the lives of others one smile at a time. He has advanced training with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He has an eye for dental aesthetics and wants to give his patients the smile of their dreams. Dr. Nguyen received his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Nevada, Reno and attended the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine.

In dental school, Dr. Nguyen excelled in various fields such as oral surgery, implantology and cosmetic dentistry. He has an eye for dental aesthetics and hopes to change the world one smile at a time. He is an affiliate associate in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and strives to one day become a diplomate within the organization.

Dr. Nguyen was born and raised in Las Vegas and attended Spring Valley High School, where he excelled in playing football and volleyball, the latter of which he continued to play in college. He now loves to play ice hockey and snowboard, and he is a huge fan of the Vegas Golden Knights. Go Knights GO!
